Delivery and Returns


SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY TIMELINES

FORM aims to ship orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a Friday we will attempt to get it shipped same day. However, this is not always possible, and in the case of international (non UK) orders, courier collection will only take place the following Monday. 



Delivery timescales are as follows:

  • UK – Next day from date of shipment (orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day)
  • Europe – 3-8 days
  • US & Canada – 3-8 days depending on shipper
  • Asia – 7-14 days depending on shipper
  • Australia & New Zealand - 7-14 days
  • Other areas - most other non-UK areas have a similar timescale of 7-14 days


* Please note: All shipping timescale estimates are based on the quoted timescales of our courier companies and we can't be responsible for any delay in the case of an incorrect estimate. 


FULFILLMENT REGIONS

FORM products are fulfilled from the following regions:

  • UK - ships to UK and any regions not listed below
  • USA - ships to USA, Mexico, South America
  • EU - ships to all European countries, including countries not in the EU
  • Canada - ships to all Canadian destinations
  • Asia - ships to all Asian destinations with some exceptions


LOST & DAMAGED PARCELS

If an item is lost during shipping, FORM will send a replacement at no extra cost. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, FORM will not be held responsible but will process a claim with the shipper on the buyer’s behalf and / or offer a mutually beneficial solution.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The cost to ship to your region will be shown at checkout.  We try to keep these costs as low and as uniform as possible. However, considering the range of regions we ship to, and the constantly changing courier rates, this can sometimes be challenging. 


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any item purchased from FORM can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, providing it is unused and in the original (undamaged) packaging. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

SPROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Please contact us using the form on the contact page and we'll get back to you within 12 hours with a returns number and return address. Refunds will be processed immediately on receipt of the returned item - please allow up to 5 days for the refunded amount to show.
